1. Perform network refreshment, installation and migration
2. Responsible for implementation, configuration and maintenance system according to standard identify and comply with security guideline related Network platform support
3. Supporting day-to-day operation incident and change
4. With the pro-active tool, monitor, evaluate (performance, availability , and reliability) and suggest for network health status and improvment
5. Investigating with peers/cross team to perform cause analysis
6. Collecting history of performance data to produce and implying for capacity planning
7. Support all service 7*24 when required
8. Any other tasks assigned by managment
9. Assist in managing helpdesk team to provide effective support to users in head office and branches
10. Provides the efficiency Network Monitoring Tool for Software/Hardware problem and Server Performance Monitoring to automatically alert Help Desk and Support Team via Email or SMS for immediate action
11. Reporting operational network status by gathering, prioritizing information
12. Provide technical assistant for AWS Cloud Operations
13. Proactively identify improvements of an existings problem on systems and processes
14. Perform, test and assist to ensure the availability of the DR site.
15. Perform any other related tasks as assign
1. Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 23-25 years old
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or other IT related fields
3. At least 0-3 years experience in Network area or related fields
4. Good understanding of netword knowledge (both LAN and WAN), basic network security and VoIP
5. Good knowledge of Firewall/Fortigate, Mikrotik, VPN
6. Good knowledge of Netword services function, i.e., DNS, DHCP, IIS.
